was a beautiful Full Moon day...I took Shirdi saibaba statue to the
terrace of my house with 2 candles which my parents got from my sisters
place and used a little blue light to match illumination of baba along
with Moon Light.....See Baba's face slowing growing brighter in next

as i would like to call it. Nature and Sai ( saints ) are one. Thats
what i want to convey through these images. Always pray Moon as Goddess

Mother Moon in the black sky...Richly invites our eyes to the powerful
eyes of the greatest saint Shirdi Saibaba. When the Light of Moon
and Sun is nothing compared to Saibaba's "Light" , do we
have to always consider and go behind a NEWS that saibaba is appearing
in Moon... First lets see the shirdi saibaba in our own Mind. Sai
has said ,"My abode is your heart"...Miracles are big deeds
for us humans...For a saint like sai, its a day to day happening.
Sai will be pleased if we understand his little ways of working on
our life rather than getting attracted to few Big miracles....This

Shirdi Saibaba Appearing in Moon - Humble feelings of this ordinary servant of Sai Sairam friends, In the october of 2007,during Vijayadasami season, i called up one of my friend in Sivanesan swamiji ashram in shirdi.He told me there was a wide spread news in shirdi that Shirdi saibaba appeared in the Moon the day before. He told me he will look at news paper and confirm me later. That night again i got a call from him that he is really having darshan of Shirdi saibabas image in Moon. He told me he can see the face of shirdi sai very clearly and there are another 5-6 people near him. I was excited and called up few of my sai friends in other city to see if sai appears in Moon...even i saw but in my area it was rainy day, so moon itself was not visible...well, it was from a credible source ..i know this person very dearly...so i trust whole heartedly shirdi saibaba did appear in Moon. On the other hand, I also have few views which i would like to offer on the holy feets of our own shirdi saibaba Why should Shirdi saibaba appear in Moon : Well, My Guru Nanjundan sir has told me he used to have darshan of shirdi sai in moon for several years every full moon day.So this News was not at all a new miracle for me as i had always listened to it from my Guru. My Guru has taught me the following spiritual information about moon Moon is used to calculate a persons life time : There were 18 prominent sidhars ( saints ) in our country. One of them had learnt to calculate the exact day of his samadhi by measuring his shadow created by Full Moon days light. There are purticular practices used by ancient days sidhars to learn this art using full moon light , the shadow it creates of ones body and calculating the life time of a person. Secrets of Atma ( soul ) is in Moon : My Guru also taught me that Moon also holds all the secrets of Atma. The first place where our soul goes after reaching this earthly body is Moon. Its calculated that it takes one and half days for the soul to reach moon and it travels back to earth to its body again after one and half days. Thats why Shirdi saibaba also once laid on his devotees lap and asked him to take care of body for 3 days and then baba came alive in 3 days. Similarly Did jesus appear after three days. Its a art known by saints alone to come back to life because what they have is "jeeva samadhi" ...for others the soul does comes back but it only looks at their dear ones, the reality of what people think about them etc and goes back. Only after this God decides if the "Soul" must take new birth or reach God based on their good and bad deeds they did during their life time. I am not an expert in such things and i also don't have proof for my writings...what ever i wrote are based on what my Guru taught me and also some readings about sidhars life. So coming back to the question, why should
our shirdi saibaba suddenly appear in Moon 1. May be shirdi saibaba seems to see many sai devotees them selves get upset thinking sai is not helping them and going behind false saints...So sai thought in this kaliyug people only get attracted to miracles...atleast this way , sai wants to prove that he is really there for them and motivating them to believe in his powers and inspiring them to continue their devotion to Sai. Sai never asks us to pray for his sake..Its for our own welfare sai expects us to show devotion on him so that he carries the blessings of God to us washing away our past karma 2. May be shirdi saibaba says "His abode is your own mind"....But in this kaliyug we people are attracted to so many things, so many unwanted desires, habits and bad thoughts.....how can sai bear all this dirt in our mind and still remain there.. when shirdi saibaba appears in while beautiful Moon ..... I feel sai says " Burn all your ego, lust, jealosy, anger, greediness and bad habits ...Keep your mind pure as milk ,pure as this Moon light .....Then i will appear in your own mind as i appear in this pure white Moon " Does that make sense friends ? Hope it does...we all know even if sai sneezes during his life time , it has a inner meaning init. Sai never speaks much but if he utters a word, it will have a inner meaning it it. So how about shirdi saibaba doing such a big miracle as appearing in Moon....I felt may be he says "Make your mind pure as moon and see me in yourself because thats where i live" 3.May be shirdi saibaba appeared in Moon to warn people about natural disasters that might happen in future....I dont want to write this but i have to....Its like sai telling humanity is reducing day by day and who ever trusts me and works for humanity ( even helping a friend or relative in need is humanity ) will be protected by Sai during such Natural disasters or if all shirdi saibaba devotees turn to have good heart and help each other, sai does have powers to control nature and prevent such disasters. When i say sai , i mean every good saint and Guru, God in every religion has powers to control nature...I am not here to say only my shirdi saibaba is doing all this...To me sai is a part of every other true sadguru. Never get excited with sai leela - try to think reasons behind the leela : More over....we true shirdi sai baba devotees must not crave for such publicity of saibaba appearing in moon as a miracle...Only for ordinary humans like us its a miracle.,Shirdi saibaba is a saint with astama siddhi ( eight holy powers ) . So for Sai its just a matter of Play. For 2 minutes sai will be giving darshan in moon and then sai will work for doing good to millions of devotees who are depended on him. Sai has to take care of thousands who depend on him for marriage issues, for career issues and for health issues, should we reduce Sai infront of other religion people and people following other sadguru to a saint who just appears in Moon ? . Even if such things happens let us divert our conversation and attention from such miracles to true teachings of shirdi saibaba..Let us use such miracles as a reason to start conversation and thoughts about out sweet shirdi saibaba...But lets not indulge in getting attracted to such miracles alone. What shirdi sai needs from us is true whole hearted faith , patience and devotion. May be sai just wants to increase our faith and patience by doing such miracles...What ever it is....another way to see all this is very simple words from Bhagavat Gita.. I have a good sai friend whom we meet in temple..he once said a quotes from Gita in tamil sri krishna says in gita "Naan irukkum idadhil chandhirano sooriyano oli saivadhillai
, Meaning ... Where there is God ( we can take it as Shirdi Sai or Sri krishna or Shiva ) The sun does not illumine, nor the moon, nor the fire; (for it is the Light of Pure Consciousness). Having attained It, the Spirit does not return again to the life of Samsara. Such is My Supreme Abode. The sun and the moon do not bring Him to light, for they themselves shine because of His Light. He is the source of their shine/light. We all know present shirdi saibabas samadhi is a place where a Shri Krishna idol was upposed to be installed. Indirectly Sai has conveyed that he is an avatar ( God Incarnation ) .....Such is our shirdi saibaba's Light. If you once realize the Sai's Light deep in your heart , you will never ever be attracted to the light or image or even a video of shirdi saibaba on a moon or even Sun. Please friends, SAI has always stressed to see him in the form of light, Meditate him in the form of Light. Have you seen a Lamp glowing, remember thats true form of God "Jyothi" . Thats why i have taken it one of my lifes goal to always spread the message of lighting lamps.Saint Ramalingam - Vallalars dedicated his life to stress the importance of "Arut perum Jyothi - Vast Grace Light ) Remember the external act if lighting lamps has benefits of its own, you must also make your mind pure, always chant Gods name, remember sai sai sai and do good deeds along with duty for your family and life....then surely Sai himself will one day after years help you realize "The LIGHT IN YOU" Realizing this "Light in you" is the goal of every spiritual act like doing pooja, saying mantra , rituals , going to temples etc. We think that we are doing it for our materialistic benefits but Sai / God knows one in a lakh will fulfill the real goal of doing all this which is realizing the "Light" in us. Incident one : Sai blessing me in form of Light : By the grace of Sai, i have once seen the Light in first week september 2007 .Trust me its not at all because of my efforts.I really dont deserve this because i am also living with desires and my own needs .Probably its the love and affection sai has on me which made sai to take pity on me to bless me with a "Light Vision" as i would call it but honestly there can be names for any thing in spirituality or sais ways..Theres no name at all for the moment when you have seen "the Light of shirdi saibaba" One thing i can confirm is that , since i have read in sai satcharita that sai wants us to see him in form of light, i used to imagine theres a light between babas fingers during arathi in 2005 but only when sai himself decided to show me his light for a fraction of second, i understood the truth...which is the light of sai cant be seen by any efforts or imagination we do by ourselves...Only if sai himself has been convinced with the love we show on him, sai might bless us with his light. Honestly, am just a ordinary person before this incident happened and after this too...I never consider this as a miracle or a pride etc.To me its just another drop in the big ocean of my sweet saint shirdi saibaba which i can share with others who strive hard to learn and work for sai.....My only advice is ...Do not expect it from sai...do not imagine ...do not feel you had vision....even i sometimes imagine things but real blessings of sai comes from him when you dint expect it....Just serve humanity whole heartedly with pure mind....someday sai will himself bless you to realize his light.... Incident two : Sai and my Guru Nanjundan sir blessing me in form of my Guru's light By the grace of my Guru, i had a dream vision on 23 : 11:2007 ...as if my Guru is sending me a light saying " Keep this , its a blessing collected for thousands of years " I can't reveal the rest of dream as its too personal and something
sad about my Guru's life. Finally coming back to Saibaba in Moon I see Shirdi saibaba as Nature itself : There are stories where shirdi sai once controlled the rain and wind by his command. To me sai is not just a saint who has powers to control Nature. Shirdi saibaba is so sweet that he himself is Nature. I see and feel my shirdi saibaba in But ... The Sai i have in my heart is so beautiful ..........so powerful and so simple and sweet..Theres nothing in this external world that can be compared with the sai i see in my own heart. Even the photography i did in this site with baba statues are just an outward expression of what i have for sai inside my heart. What i mean to say is friends, Let sai appear in sun or moon when shirdi saibaba is living , speaking and giving darshan in your own Mind..which he himself has said is his real dwarakamai, then why should we make a issue about looking at Sai in Moon ? Shri Krishna is a expert in playing Maya..this Moon darshan of Shirdi Sai could also be an act of sai leela. Lets always remember SAI is more beautiful,active and powerful with all his energy , with flesh and blood...breathing in our own Heart. Forgive me for any mistakes in this article..its 2 o clock at night
